This is an introductory course to help you understand the foundational ideas around workplace investigations. It covers the different types of investigations, considerations and an understanding of when and how to perform an effective workplace investigation. The course breaks down the five core stages of a Workplace Investigation; Planning, Evidence Gathering, Analysis, Findings and Recommendations and Reporting.

ABOUT YOUR TRAINER

Kristie Walker is the Founder and Director at On Track Investigations, an investigations, dispute resolution and organisational development agency offering workplace solutions. She has extensive investigation and dispute resolution experience, is a Nationally Accredited Mediator, and possesses a highly diverse mix of industry exposure.

Kristie has worked with all levels of government and managed disputes, complaints and investigations in industries as varied as health, ageing, rail safety, disability services, local government and workplace conduct. Her verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are excellent; she is motivated, enthusiastic, professional and committed to quality.
