ABOUT YOUR TRAINER
I help organisations, leaders and communities to navigate successfully through the stormy waters of operating in a world that is increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA). That involves providing advisory and training services and coaching to clients on managing their organisations and stakeholders strategically in the most stressful of situations.
This enables leaders to successfully position their organisation or community to be able to absorb, adapt to and take advantage of the seismic economic, social and environmental shocks and challenges we now face.
Bridging different worlds and worldviews, clients appreciate that I’m calm in nature, a great listener and actively compassionate. With a distinctive background that calls on my expertise and experience in strategy and futures thinking, sustainability and regeneration, stakeholder engagement and managing outrage, I never use a one-size-fits-all approach.
