Doing Business with Government

It can be difficult crafting the perfect tender to attract the right supplier for the job. This is an introductory course to help you understand the foundational principles around developing an effective tender. It covers the different types of tenders, considerations and an understanding of when and how to draft an effective tender. The training is broken up into four modules: 1. Getting your strategy right which deals with how you can target your government prospects. 2. Developing your bid which includes the planning and preparation stages of a tender response or proposal. 3. Compelling and competitive writing which is about how to construct a winning bid. 4. Maximising your chances which ranges from pricing your proposal through to preparing for a presentation and contract negotiations following your submission.
